Breakfast And Brunch - Bulk Venison Breakfast Sausage
My husband is a avid hunter and we make this sausage every year. We add pork to the venison because the venison has such a low fat content. For the pork we get really fatty looking roast ground at our grocery store.
Herbs And Spices - Anns Shrimp Etouffee
Shrimp, onions, celery and mushrooms, seasoned with paprika, garlic and crushed red pepper. Great over steamed rice.

Side Dish - Yellow Squash 2
I combined an element of stir fry with some ingredients I had seen popping up in other squash recipes. Squash, onion and jalapeno are fried with bacon for a tasty summer side dish.
